Roll Call Professional Networking

A regional career, workforce, and networking event connecting employers, educators, community partners, and motivated talent across Chicagoland.

The Crossroads Career Expo is designed to go beyond a traditional career fair.

Hosted by the Village of Hoffman Estates in partnership with Roll Call Chicagoland, this event brings together employers, workforce organizations, educators, entrepreneurs, veteran-serving nonprofits, and community partners in one collaborative space.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with hiring companies, explore career pathways, attend workshops and panel discussions, learn about education and credentialing options, access entrepreneurship and workforce resources, and build meaningful professional connections.

Programming and exhibitor activity will run from 12:00–5:00 PM, followed by Roll Call Chicagoland’s signature networking social from 5:30–8:00 PM.

Whether you are actively looking for work, exploring a transition, hiring talent, building your network, or supporting the regional workforce ecosystem, this event is designed to help people connect with opportunity and direction.

Giving Group's Bash 4 the Brave Fundraiser

Bash 4 the Brave is back—and we couldn’t be more proud to bring it home.

This family-friendly community event is a celebration of the veterans, active military members, and families who give so much of themselves every day. Bash 4 the Brave brings neighbors together for good food, live music, and entertainment for all ages in a space where appreciation, connection, and joy take center stage.

More than a celebration, Bash 4 the Brave is a way to turn gratitude into action. The majority of donations raised at this event will support Giving Group’s Veterans Initiative, including our new partnership with Salute, Inc. Together, we’re working to provide direct, meaningful support to local veterans and their families by helping subsidize essential living needs such as rent, utilities, gas, and other day-to-day necessities.
